Regarding the subject of exercise, there is no end to what can be written. Also, each of us are so different that even generalizations are hard to present. But, because we are so different, I am going to start off with generalizing! More specifics to various degrees of interest will come later.

For readers "in the groove", more advanced thoughts are appropriate, but they won’t be in this article.

For those not in a regular exercise mode, I won't spend any time convincing you to exercise. Let’s just get started by my providing thoughts that anyone can do anywhere, almost any time, and require no financial outlay.

Walking, speed walking, walking stairs in your building, riding a bike you currently own (wear a helmet), running outdoors, computer guided yoga or another form of exercise at home…….

The next quick point is finding the time. Though easy for me but not for many people, without question the best time to exercise is before work. If you are an early riser, you're halfway there. Now just get up. And one shower a day is all you'll need! And you get to give yourself points for having had accomplished something before most others. That gives you such a boost at work! And you'll feel better after work, free from the thought of having to get your form of exercise in. Otherwise, if morning doesn’t work, find a time that does. For those who go to bed later, a good idea is to pack your workout clothes and put them in your car to go to gym right from work. Therefore, you don't have to go home and then find the motivation to go back out and head to the gym.
