1. Planning your day’s tasks, both at home or at work:

A. Start with a list.

B. Going through your day working on identified tasks helps with keeping “on task.”

C. As things get done, check them off. The act of accomplished something is empowering.

D. At the end of the day, see how you feel! And how productive you were.

2. Give yourself kudos every so often

A. Words or gestures of appreciation don’t often come from others, including our bosses.

B. Recognize yourself, your own accomplishments, actually speaking out loud, “Nice work!” .

C. Note how good it feels!

D. Affirmations can be contagious. Give someone else a “nice job!” for something they have done. Make it a habit in your workplace.
